We are delighted to advise that tickets for our Annual Awards / Club Dance will be on sale as of Monday 13th October.
Our celebration night will take place on Saturday 15th November @ Carluke Leisure Centre, ML8 4EA, from 7pm to 11.30pm.
Last year our tickets sold out very quickly, therefore tickets will be on sale to all members on a 'first come first served basis'.
Tickets cost £11 for an individual and you are invited to purchase a ticket for yourself and a supervising adult, if you are under the age of 18. Over 18s can purchase one ticket for themselves and one guest. If you have a sibling or siblings who are also club members, tickets are restricted to members and parents / guardians. Anyone requiring extra tickets can let us know, and we'll do our best to accommodate where possible.
In a change from previous years, we will not be notifying trophy winners in advance. As you may have seen, we've been sharing details of the nominees on our Facebook page — the winners will be revealed on the night!
The evening will be split into two parts: Part 1 will feature the awards presentations, and the remainder of the night will be free to celebrate and enjoy the party.
In addition to our special achievement awards, trophies will also be presented to our track and field, cross-country, and road racing winners.

We will then provide you with a unique reference number to enable you to purchase your tickets online via our website. Please note, any purchases placed without a unique reference number will be refunded to the payer.
Included in the price of the ticket is a buffet so please advise of any dietary requirements via our website when purchasing your ticket(s).
IMPORTANT: If you do purchase tickets and can no longer attend on the night please let us know ASAP as last year there was a waiting list for tickets and we had a number of 'no shows' where others could have attended in their place.
