ROK Clydesdale Primary Schools X/C Event 2009
ROK Clydesdale Primary Schools X/C Event 2009

Eleven Clydesdale Primary Schools turned out at Moor Park, Carluke for this popular Cross-Country event which is sponsored by The ROK Group on Saturday 21st March. The whole morning went really well with almost 200 children taking part. The event was registered, ran and presentations made before noon.

Martin Webb, Active Schools' Co-ordinator, who arranged the changing facilities and contacted schools, place judges, timekeepers, medal presenters, escorts, pacemakers, entry takers and runners, should all take a bow.

Special thanks must go to Siobhan Lindsay and Alison Cameron, Law & District AAC who worked non-stop from taking entries to formulating team results and did not see a single race. The event was enjoyable for everyone and it shows that we as a Club can do some wonderful things. Thank you all.
