Law & District AAC has its training base is Wishaw Sports Centre, and attracts athletes from as far afield as Symington and Shotts. The club welcomes athletes of all abilities, from age 9 upwards. We maintain a membership of around 140 athletes, ranging from U11s to Veterans. We are affiliated to Scottish Athletics.

We aim to create a training environment in which all our members feel safe and at ease. We ask that athletes do not wear football club colours to training or competitions when competing as a Law & District athlete.

Training times are shown below. Additional training may be offered throughout the season, as appropriate. Alternative venues may be used during the winter season.

Wishaw Sports Centre boasts a floodlit, synthetic surface championship standard track, complete with high jump fan and throwing cage and areas. Suited for national standard competition together with club activities. It includes an 8-lane 400m all-weather track.
